How do I place an order by phone?
We're here to take your order anytime of the day, 5 days a week. Just give us a call at 303-415-2066. A member of the Slingger® Team will answer your call Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (MST).

What methods of payment does Slingger accept?
You can pay for your online order using VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card. You may also pay for your Slingger with a personal check, money order or Slingger Gift Certificate. We'll ship your Slingger as soon as we receive your check or gift certificate.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer free shipping on all Slingger orders shipped to addresses within the United States through FedEx Ground. Please allow 8-10 business days for delivery. We also offer overnight and 2-day shipping for an additional charge through FedEx in case you want to receive your Slingger sooner! For international shipping prices, please e-mail Info@slingger.com.

What's Slingger's return policy?
Just send your Slingger(s) back with a note explaining the reason to: Slingger, Inc. 616 Sheridan Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537. If you would like an exchange, we'll issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s). Then when we ship your new item, we'll charge you for it. We won't charge a shipping or re-stocking fee for any items sent as an exchange. If you'd like a refund, just let us know and we will issue a credit to your card or mail you a check. If you are returning a gift, simply let us know who gave you the Slingger and we'll issue a credit to them.

How do I return or exchange my Slingger?

Do you have a time-saving return service?
To simplify your return, we offer a convenient mailing option. A pre-insured FedEx Ground label is included in each Slingger shipment on the back of each label. Simply stick this return shipping label over the original shipping label on your Slingger package and drop it off at a nearby FedEx Kinkos®, pay no postage upfront and save time! A flat fee of $15.00 per Slingger will be deducted from your return.

How can I check on the status of an order?

Do you offer gift certificates?
Introducing the "Slingger Gift Certificate." These gift certificates are redeemable on our web site and will arrive at your family or friend's address by mail. They come with a gift certificate and your personal greeting.

What personal information do we collect?
When you place an order with us we collect your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information. We only collect your e-mail address if you'd like an e-mail confirmation of your order and/or you wish to receive newsworthy e-mail communications from us.

With whom is this information shared?
We provide it to our partners that manage the processing and shipping of your order. Your e-mail and telephone number are never given to third parties for marketing purposes, unless you give us permission to do so.

How do we use your e-mail address?
We use your e-mail to communicate Customer Service information. For example, we'll e-mail you to confirm your order and notify you of new products and promotions.
